The CORMAK S200R metal band saw is designed for both single-piece and series production. The construction based on a massive cast-iron arm and a precise blade guidance system ensures high cutting accuracy and repeatability. Construction and Technology

The machine is built on a rigid steel base equipped with an integrated coolant tank and circulation pump. The saw arm is manufactured from a single cast-iron casting, significantly improving stability and vibration damping during operation.

The drive system uses a three-phase motor with two blade speeds (36/70 m/min) selectable from the control panel. The arm inclination of 25° relative to the base extends blade life and improves cutting quality.
