Construction and Technology
The metal band saw features a welded steel frame and a stable base with an integrated coolant tray. The cast iron saw arm ensures the rigidity of the entire cutting system. Cutting is performed using a gravity-feed system controlled by oil flow through a hydraulic cylinder. The quick-clamping vice and movable bed allow efficient and secure material positioning. The machine offers two blade speeds: 44 and 88 m/min, as well as stepless adjustment of the saw arm feed rate.
Cutting Precision and Efficiency
Thanks to its robust blade guiding system, the metal band saw maintains high cutting accuracy, even during intensive operation. The cooling system, equipped with a separate coolant tank and pump, helps reduce cutting temperatures and minimise blade wear. Automatic drive shut-off after completion of the cutting cycle prevents excessive wear of the drive components.
