Constmach 500 Ton Capacity Cement Silo

CONSTMACH CS-500, a bolted-type cement silo with a capacity of 500 tons, is specially designed for large-scale concrete plants, cement terminals, and cement factories with high cement consumption. It is also widely used for the safe storage of limestone powder and similar materials.

Thanks to its modular design, the CS-500 model is easy to transport and can be quickly assembled on site. The silo offers long-term use with its high-strength steel body, sturdy foot structure, and precision manufacturing technology. Laser cutting and drilling methods are used in its production to ensure perfect fit and leak-proofness.

All static and mechanical calculations for the CS-500 are performed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software, ensuring safe storage without any deformation under a 500-ton cement load.

The silo is supplied complete with all equipment, including a maintenance platform, filling pipe, internal and external manholes, pressure relief valve, air filter, and butterfly valve. One coat of anticorrosive and two coats of epoxy paint applied to the silo provide maximum protection against external factors. It can also be equipped with a cement screw conveyor and manual discharge systems upon request.
