assembly
Increases work efficiency by up to 40%
The ability to rotate without limitations in 2 axes, and with additional vertical and horizontal movement, allows for any positioning of the clamped object (including upside down).

The 3-axis positioner provides a significant improvement in working conditions compared to traditional rotary-tilting positioners (optimal object positioning, easy operation).

Advantages and benefits:
For the employer:
Increased work efficiency by up to 40% through optimal object positioning - resulting in a short payback period for the device
Increased production efficiency without requiring additional space in the production hall
Improved quality of welded joints - always possible to weld in the downhand position
The robust design of the device ensures long-lasting, trouble-free operation
For the operator:
Ensures an ergonomic working posture
Minimizes the risk of accidents - no need to change the object clamping
Eliminates work interruptions caused by waiting for a crane
Easy assembly and operation
Full automation of welding is possible by using Kawasaki welding robots.

Our offer also includes positioners with a robot and an integrated control system.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

REMOTE CONTROL WITH CABLE FOR POSITIONER OPERATION
FOOT PEDAL WITH CABLE FOR TABLE ROTATION CONTROL
SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF TABLE ROTATION SPEED AND ARM ROTATION SPEED
