Used BCD Engineering Ltd stainless steel vertical reactor body. Approximately 4,000 litre nominal capacity. Unit measures approximately 1,800mm diameter x 1,700mm straight side. Has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated 10 bar / full vacuum design pressure at -29 to 200 deg.c. External stainless steel coil jacket rated approximately 324 litre capacity, 6 bar / FV design pressure at -29 to 200 deg.C. Unit includes top mounted stainless steel anchor type agitator but no drive/gearbox currently fitted. Unit mounted on side support lugs.
