* The cutting guillotine is made of cast steel and is more resistant to fracture, buckling, and abrasion.
* Cast steel cutting ram is subjected to a stress-relieving process.

* The bolts of the blades on the cutting ram are monitored by the automation system and they are constantly kept tight by the hydraulic tightening system. Fracture and wear of the blades are minimized with this system, and 5 tons of force is applied to each bolt of the blades.
* A hydraulic clamping system is used on both the moving and fixed parts of the blades.
* Friction surfaces are coated with HARDOX 450 & 500 to prevent wear.
* The machine has a fully automatic PLC control and a professional remote controller.
* All electric-electronic components used are Schneider and Siemens Brands.
* Machine will be under AYMAS Makina San. Ve Tic. A. S. Guarantee for one (1) year or two thousand five hundred (2.500) operation hours, whichever comes first.
