ANGELUS 120L AUTOMATIC CAN SEALER

The ANGELUS 120L automatic can seamer is designed to hermetically seal metal containers using a double seaming process on industrial production and packaging lines for food products.

The equipment incorporates a rotary seaming system that allows for continuous operation, synchronizing the feeding of cans and lids with the mechanical seaming operations.

ANGELUS technology is widely used in the canning industry due to its robustness, mechanical precision, and ability to produce uniform seals in continuous industrial production processes.

OPERATING PROCESS
Pre-filled cans are automatically fed into the ANGELUS 120L seamer, where they are positioned for the sealing operation.
The system feeds and places the lids onto the containers, which are then conveyed to the rotary seaming mechanism.
During the first seaming operation, the edge of the lid and the flange of the can body are mechanically folded to form the initial joint.
In the second operation, the rollers compress and complete the formation of the double seam, creating a hermetic mechanical bond between the lid and the container body.
Once sealed, the cans are automatically discharged and can continue to washers, inspection systems, autoclaves, pasteurizers, coolers, labelers, and end-of-line equipment.

APPLICATIONS
Especially suitable for canning industries processing fish, seafood, meat, vegetables, legumes, and prepared dishes, as well as other manufacturers of canned foods.

It can be integrated with:
