Resistance furnaces, 2 pieces, electric, crucible, heating, metal storage, melting, capacity 300 kg/h. Capacity of one furnace, aluminum alloy, weight 1500 kg, volume of the heating chamber 1.3 cubic meters. Energy consumption in production operations (maintaining molten metal at a temperature of 720 degrees C, open crucible) approx. 20 kW. Energy consumption during production inactivity (maintaining the molten material at a temperature of 720 degrees C, closed crucible) approx. 10 kW. Maximum melting point 900 degrees C, electrical power 70 kW. Voltage 230/400V, 50Hz, lap-automatic PID controller, bath thermocouple and safety controller, PLC control. The weight of one furnace is approx. 2600 kg. Furnace dimensions: length 1850mm, width 1850mm, height 1650mm + cover with installation 300mm. Dimensions of the frame for the stoves: length 3800mm, width 1850mm, height 210mm. Note: We also add an unused reserve crucible.
