Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2026 - NEW MACHINE:

The main area of application is the production of keyways from 3-28 mm and similarly dimensioned profiles. Due to its compact design with a small footprint, the machine is suitable for use in small, medium, and large enterprises. The low price makes it attractive even for small series and one-off production.

Drive is via a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and constant cutting performance. The open table design allows for the unrestricted placement of large workpieces. In most cases, workpieces do not need to be tightly clamped for broaching. Stroke adjustment is performed using adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple parts can be stacked and processed together.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts are available at attractive terms upon request.
