The Supfina 200 superfinishing device is an attachment for processing cylindrical shafts using stone finishing techniques. It is suitable for machining pre-ground or finely turned surfaces. Its easy mounting on a lathe makes the Supfina 200 superfinishing device particularly suited for repair operations, single-part production, and small batch manufacturing. The device is very robust, making it well-suited for continuous and multi-shift operation. The oscillation stroke, infinitely adjustable between 0 and 5 mm, remains almost constant even under load. This allows grooving operations between shoulders to be carried out cleanly and without overlapping stroke, even with narrow reliefs (less than 1 mm). For economical machining, diameters from 1 to 300 mm are recommended for short workpieces.
