The product to be processed is fed into the screening chamber via a feed hopper. The built-in screen assembly consists of a conical stationary screen – Ø 200 mm, height 120 mm – and a two-blade rotor. The finished product then falls into a container to be provided. The discharge height is 1,100 mm. The screen chamber is mounted to the frame using quick-release fasteners.

The scope of delivery of the screening system includes 10 screen inserts. The drive is provided by an infinitely variable 5 kW Stoeber drive MNT 132S; EEX II; T3 via frequency converter, with a speed range of 0 – 1,400 rpm. Product throughput depends on screen size and product characteristics and ranges from 100 to 1,500 kg/h.
