PROFTEQ CORNERLAB 20

CORNERLAB 20 is a numerically controlled cleaning machine with 2 interpolated axes, designed for cleaning welded corners of standard or coated PVC frames.
In addition to the 250 mm diameter blade, the machine is equipped with a tool carousel with 10 tools, allowing not only the cleaning of the external corner but also the internal corner, bead cleaning, gasket seats, and glazing bead profiles.

Software Features
PQClean is the CAM software installed on the machine's PC, allowing a 2D visualization of the profile and available tools.
Through the interface, the operator can easily set the tool path, which is automatically translated by PQClean into ISO instructions.

The profile changeover process is very fast, and the onboard PC can store countless profiles and programs.

When connected, PQClean can receive programming lists created in the office and can also transmit machine data externally for remote diagnostics.
The addition of the TG6 loading/unloading and rotation table makes the entire cycle of loading, machining, and unloading fully automatic.
