1. Cleaning and Disinfection
Careclave® ensures the cleaning and disinfection of up to eight handpieces, prophylaxis handpieces, or ultrasonic scaler tips in just 16 minutes.

2. Maintenance
Careclave gently and quickly maintains the handpieces in the Carebox. With the world's first integrated ADDcare maintenance station, the crucial chuck maintenance is also performed directly at the Careclave.

3. Sterilization (Class B)

With its patented DRYtelligence® and double-jacket technology, the Careclave offers everything you would expect from a modern autoclave – and more: Sterilize up to 11 kg of instruments on up to 8 trays or in 4 MELAstore® boxes in record time. Thanks to the revolutionary chamber design, reprocessing and maintaining instruments in the Carebox, as well as simultaneously sterilizing other instruments on short trays, is possible in a single cycle.

4. Documentation and Release
With ProControl, you can provide proof of flawless instrument reprocessing quickly, securely, and paperlessly. Documentation and release are performed directly on the Careclave® display without the need for additional software. For seamless traceability, the reprocessing protocols are saved to the MELAG USB stick or on the practice network.
