Table polishing machine T1500

HAU T1500 Tischpoliermaschine

1 overhauled HAU table polishing machine, model T1500 (maximum part processing length 1500 mm),
with 1 PES/3 polishing station and a control cabinet.
The table was disassembled, inspected for damage (damaged parts were replaced), cleaned, and repainted. The guide shafts were re-bearinged, and a new gearbox was installed.

(pneumatic lifting, 100 mm oscillation AND motorized height adjustment).
Max. wheel width 400 mm, max. wheel diameter 400 mm
The station was completely disassembled, inspected for damage (damaged parts were replaced), cleaned, and repainted.
The polishing shaft was completely re-bearinged, including the liner bearings.
The oscillation device was also completely re-sealed.
New motor, pulleys, and drive belt were installed.
