Rigid tapping

Here at Omega Design we have using Haas machines for 15 years and built our business doing so, we currently run 15 Haas machines.
We find the TM2 to be a very capable machine with market leading reliability.

The machine uses Industry standard BT40 tooling.

The Haas control is simple to use and incorporates onscreen toolpath verification, Rigid tapping is also a featured.Circular interpolation,a standard feature,makes lathes almost obsolete for cylindrical profiles.
The control interfaces well with CAD-CAM,we will help with setup if required.

This machine would make an ideal entry level machine but at the same time is great for quantity production
of precision cnc machined parts

We use the machine for occasional toolmaking so we can demonstrate if required.
