The FICEP Tipo G31 sheet metal processing center for the cost-effective processing of steel sheets and flat steel in the steel construction and steel trading industries.

The Ficep Tipo G31 LG can drill, center-punch, tap, countersinking, marking, milling, oxy-fuel cutting, and plasma cutting.

The CNC-controlled sheet metal processing center is equipped with 2 drilling units, each with 26 kW of drive power. Two tool changers, each with 24 tool stations for ISO 40 tool holders, are available for automatic tool changing. This system is suitable for sheet metal sizes: sheet width: minimum 200 mm, maximum 3,100 mm; sheet length: minimum 2,500 mm and maximum 14,000 mm.
A powerful and modern Hypertherm HPR 400 XD plasma power source is available for plasma cutting. In addition, the system features an oxy-fuel cutting unit for thick materials.
The drilling unit, with high torque and a spindle speed of up to 6,000 rpm, is designed for drilling with carbide tools such as solid carbide drills, Kennametal drilling tools, Nenok Multiplex indexable insert tools, as well as for use with HSS coolant-channel drills with diameters ranging from 10 mm to 40 mm.
