A nearly unused complete factory for the production of battery housing frames is available. It features the following processes: handling, welding, riveting, Rivtac, screwing, gluing, sealing, measuring and testing. 1) Handling & logistic: component handling, feeding, transfer, positioning, discharge. 2) Riveting & Rivtac: stand riveting, Rivtac joining, fastener inspection. 3) Screw processes: pick & place double screwdriver, simultaneous triple screwdriver, final assembly screwing. 4) Arc welding: large block welding process, welding stations, fourfold clamping concept, rotation devices and trunnion fixations, automatic discharge for NOK. 5) Adhesive & sealer application: brushing & dry cleaning, adhesive application, sealer application, camera inspection and discharge for NOK. 6) Adhesive cleaning & surface preparation: dry tape cleaning and manual tape change. 7) Stud welding, positions: 7. 8) Measuring and testing procedures: geometry measurement before milling with NOK scrap, final measurement, seam inspection, leak test, final inspection, cap installation, leak station, laser marking with NOK scrap procedure. 9) Rework area: robot-supported leak test with sniffing method and 2x manual rework stations. The factory was hardly used and only approximately 1000 components were produced with it. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
