Using the profiling unit, a stainless steel strip from a coil is formed into a tube by passing through seven profiling stations.
The continuously profiled tube is welded in the welding chamber (TIG) in a continuous process.
The torch tracking system can detect and automatically correct changes in the position of the material joint relative to the arc during the welding process.

A measuring wheel mounted on the continuously moving tube continuously measures its speed and records the length.
A double straightening device eliminates any residual curvature of the tube during the continuous process.
A flex unit continuously cuts the tube and places it on the sorting rail for tubes that meet or do not meet the quality requirements.
Two deburring stations deburr the tube ends, and an automatic length measurement system measures each tube before it is placed in the box.
The tube welding system is fully functional and can be inspected while in operation.
