Fixed-bed milling machine built by Nicolás Correa in 2002, fitted with a Heidenhain TNC 426 CNC control and electronic handwheel.

Working table measuring 4,500 × 1,100 mm with eight T-slots, 22 mm wide and spaced approximately 125 mm apart. Maximum permissible table load of 9,000 kg. Axis travels of 4,000 mm in X, 1,250 mm in Y and 1,500 mm in Z.

Universal milling head with manual positioning, hydraulic tool clamping and ISO 50 spindle taper. Main spindle rated at 22 kW with infinitely variable speed control across a range of 20 to 3,000 rpm. Cutting feed from 2 to 5,000 mm/min; rapid traverse of 15,000 mm/min on the X axis and 10,000 mm/min on the Y and Z axes. Compensation on the Y and Z axes, through-spindle coolant supply and provision for a fourth axis. The machine is supplied with a shared fourth axis, 400 mm in diameter. CE marked.

Condition: axis movement is correct, with no unusual noise or vibration. Measured deviation of approximately 0.15 mm. The milling head is functional and shows slight play. The machine has been kept under basic maintenance and is in working industrial condition.

Approximate weight between 22,500 and 24,000 kg. Approximate overall dimensions of 11,100 × 5,390 × 3,400 mm.
