Shavings and chip extraction

CORMAK MDC750 230V

MDC750 Metal Dust and Chip Extractor – 230V is a high-performance extraction unit designed for metalworking stations where effective removal of contaminants such as metal chips, filings, and dust is essential. Thanks to its compact design, durable motor, and high extraction efficiency, it is a reliable solution for professional metalworking workshops, production plants, and workstations equipped with belt, bench, and disc grinders. This metal extraction system provides a clean and safe working environment while maintaining stable extraction performance.

Main advantages of the machine
High extraction efficiency – airflow capacity up to 1800 m³/h without a bag, ensuring effective removal of even fine metal dust and filings.
Compact design – a stable, well-balanced housing allows operation in limited workshop spaces.
Quick access to the collection container – simplifies regular emptying and reduces downtime.
Easy filter replacement – minimizes maintenance time.
Suitable for various machines – an ideal metal chip extractor and grinder dust extraction system for small and medium-sized workshops.
Design and technology

The MDC750 has been designed for intensive operation in industrial environments. The construction is based on a durable steel housing and an efficient filtration system that effectively separates metal dust and chips.

The suction unit is powered by a 0.75 kW motor, providing appropriate airflow parameters. The 350 mm diameter impeller generates stable suction pressure, allowing efficient removal of even heavier metal particles.

The machine is equipped with a 1 × 100 mm suction port, making it compatible with the most common metalworking stations. The large collection container ensures long operating periods without frequent emptying.

Precision and work efficiency

The applied design solutions ensure constant performance during both metal chip extraction and fine dust removal. The extraction capacity of 1520 m³/h with a bag allows efficient operation of both single and multiple workstations.

The compact dimensions make the unit easy to relocate and integrate into existing workshop layouts.

Applications

The MDC750 metal extractor is designed for professional applications, especially:

bench, belt, and disc grinding stations,
small and medium-sized metalworking workshops,
metal component preparation and finishing stations,
processes requiring effective removal of metal chips and dust.
