CORMAK BA200 Automatic Strapping Machine

The CORMAK BA200 is an automatic arch strapping machine designed for securing cartons, parcels, and collective packages with polypropylene (PP) strapping tape. The automatic strapping cycle significantly speeds up packaging operations and ensures consistent, repeatable securing of products prepared for transport.

Once the cycle is activated, the strap is automatically fed around the product through the arch, tensioned according to the preset value, heat-sealed, and cut. The strap joint is made underneath the package, leaving the upper surface of the carton or parcel clean, aesthetic, and easily accessible.

Adjustable strap tension from 0 to 70 kg allows the operator to adapt the strapping force to the type and strength of the packaging. The BA200 automatic strapping machine is ideal for warehouses, manufacturing plants, wholesalers, logistics centres, e-commerce companies, and shipping departments.

Automatic Strapping and Heat Sealing

After positioning the product inside the arch, the operator starts the cycle using either the foot pedal controller or the control panel button. The PP strap is automatically guided around the package and tensioned according to the selected setting.

The strap ends are joined underneath the package using a thermal welding process. After sealing, the machine automatically cuts the strap and prepares it for the next cycle. The process does not require any additional metal or plastic buckles.

Adjustable Strap Tension

The 0–70 kg tension adjustment range allows the operator to select the optimal strapping force for different types of products. Lower tension settings are suitable for lightweight or delicate cartons, while higher tension provides stronger securing of heavier packages and bundled goods.

Proper tension adjustment reduces the risk of package deformation and improves the repeatability and reliability of the strapping process.

Integrated Product Handling Rollers

Rollers integrated into the worktable make it easier to move and position cartons, parcels, and other products prepared for strapping. They also simplify repositioning when multiple straps are required.

Mobile Design

Transport rollers allow the electric strapping machine to be easily moved between workstations, providing greater flexibility when organizing the packaging area.

The unit can operate as a standalone strapping station or be installed alongside an existing packaging line. Automatic electric strapping machines significantly improve repetitive packaging operations related to preparing products for storage and transportation.
