Description:

Chemplex-manufactured general-purpose chemical mixer with a 2,000-liter capacity, designed with an integrated tank weighing system (3 load cells with indicator).

The vessel is an atmospheric tank with a DN100 bottom outlet, suitable for high-viscosity and slurry materials as well.

Heating is provided by a 20 kW electric bottom heater.

It has a flat lid, which is openable and fitted with a safety grid.
The lid contains 5 dosing/inlet nozzles.

Recommended operating temperature: 20–60 °C.

The bottom discharge nozzle is fitted with a stainless steel ball valve, equipped with a pneumatic actuator and bubble position indicator.
The actuator is spring-loaded, providing a safety-closed (fail-safe closed) function.
