The PR EXC extraction arm is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ATEX Directive 94/9/EC concerning equipment intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The extraction arm meets the requirements of Equipment Group II for gases and dusts. The local extractor is therefore suitable for workplaces requiring the safe handling of explosive gases and dusts.
The device is suitable for use in Zone 1 or 21; these are areas where an explosive atmosphere is likely to occur during normal operation.
