The side doors and the front door in the welding area can be easily opened (for rapid retooling).
The automatic safety lift door ensures a high level of operator safety.
The temperature control units on the operator panel have actual/target displays.
The control device is a Siemens PLC HMI.
The machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC (S7-300 controller).
Heating elements are equipped with temperature sensors for temperature regulation and serve as safety cut-offs in case of overheating.
The pin systems in the tool mounting surfaces ensure reproducible positioning.

Advantages of heating element welding technology:
- Reliable welding of workpieces with low or varying wall thicknesses.
- Low scrap rate due to dimensionally accurate and repeatable welds.
- Precise time, temperature, and force control enable welding of sensitive parts.
- Virtually all thermoplastics can be welded with this process.
- Different thermoplastic types can be joined (compatibility needs to be verified).
