Used Winkworth model PV3000, approximately 3,000 litre stainless steel process vessel. The unit features a welded flat top and a welded conical bottom. It measures approximately 1800mm in diameter with 1800mm straight sides. The unit is fitted with a top-entry stainless steel contra-rotating gate agitator with pitched blades, powered by two geared motors: a 9.2kW geared motor running at 14.8rpm and a 7.5kW geared motor running at 27.2rpm. It also includes a bottom-entry Silverson BE600 homogeniser with a square hole disintegrating head, driven by a 22kW motor. The unit comes with a bottom-entry discharge pump and is mounted on three legs.
