UniCen Series - for large complex components

With the Monforts machine tools from the UniCen Series 1000 you can work
with large, complex components up to 1500 mm diameter and 1000 mm swing diameter
entirely, process capably and cost effectively in one set-up. Great flexibility
results from the five interpolating axis. The B axis swivelling drill-mill head
with a swivel range of 190 deg. directs the tools to the workpiece in almost every
position and every angle. Additionally, the tool head can be loaded fully
automatically by 60 tools from a separate chain magazine. Thus,
even complex freeform surfaces with high surface finish quality are possible.

- All wipers replaced and covers reworked
- Drive belts and safety windows renewed
